What do you dislike about Shelf? The formatting in a Wiki is different than a Word document. It is user friendly and easy to use. Coming from being trained as a Salesforce Administrator and working directly at Deltek, the lack of site control and restrictions as an admin to prevent users from interrupting processing flows is a bit frustrating. However, I do understand that everything is a work in progress, but it would be nice to see improvement here to see client's implementation of Shelf not be disrupted by users within their own company.
