I love the Rank Progress report, it allows me to easily see both where progress is happening and where I have gaps in one very simple report. The development team has been very responsive over the years to customer feedback and has evolved the tool with the times. I occasionally use the white label feature which is nice, when I have to give clients access - otherwise having PDFs and Excel versions of key reports is what I mostly rely on.

All of my peers use SEMRush but I feel that by using SheerSEO my workflow is different, and better, than most, because of the way I am looking at the data. My philosophy is, do something a little different from the mainstream and you can usually outrun everybody else, and SheerSEO helps me do that.

I don't dislike much; I haven't used the integration with Google Analytics so I can't really speak to that but I probably should be using it. This service has been a reliable mainstay of my agency business for years and I am super happy with it. I would like to see Paid Search tracking capabilities, i.e. the same kind of ranking features but with some kind of sampling on the paid search side of things.
