What we like most about SheerSEO is the ability to identify 'toxic' backlinks. These backlinks negatively affect our standing with Google. With other tools we have to run the report then filter. SheerSEO already has this built in. **What do you dislike about SheerSEO?** When checking backlinks, it would be nice to know if the site is offline. When reviewing the backlink report, we would manually click on each link to verify. To be fair, we would do this with other SEO reporting tools as well. It would be nice if there were a symbol noting that the page is no longer available. **What problems is SheerSEO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use several SEO reporting tools. We often run the same queries through different tools. SheerSEO provides a 'second look'. The reports are fast to create and easy to scan through. This saves us time and also verifies the output from other SEO tools. ### 3. Great customer service. I was really impressed and surprised to receive a response soon afterwards. Even a non-SEOer can navigate and figure things out. They also have email report settings that I appreciate. It's also one of the cheapest SEO research tools you can find. **What do you dislike about SheerSEO?** So far I don't dislike anything. Feature-wise it's a bit more toned down than a tool like SEMrush or Ahrefs, but that's part of what makes it so easy to navigate. **What problems is SheerSEO solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keyword research and tracking. Backlink research and tracking. Easy to add important keywords and monitor. Gives you the basic information that you need to know to build a keyword strategy. ### 7.
