SharpDM is a software platform for automating Instagram interactions and managing customer conversations. It enables users to configure automated direct messages triggered by supported Instagram activities, including comments on posts and Reels, and supported Story interactions. The platform includes a visual workflow builder for creating conversation sequences with conditions, delays, and input collection. Additional capabilities include AI-assisted DM responses, multilingual replies, lead capture and qualification, comment moderation, carousel messages, appointment booking, Link in Bio pages, and management of multiple connected Instagram accounts. SharpDM integrates with Meta's official APIs and authentication flow. Its automation capabilities depend on available API permissions, Instagram account eligibility, and Meta's messaging policies. It is designed for businesses, content creators, and marketing agencies that use Instagram to communicate with audiences and manage incoming inquiries.
