The flexibility in data input is great, along with using forms to capture information and proposals, then aligning them with wider interactions. The role-based profiles are useful for controlled collaboration. I appreciate the helpfulness and knowledge of SharpCloud consultants, as well as their service. The tool also helps mask complexity, enhancing engagement and facilitating the sharing of key information and insights with stakeholders. Setting it up was very easy. **What do you dislike about SharpCloud?** I think the flexibility to update minor, functional factors like text placement and relationship link placement could be improved. Having drag-and-drop functionality for these elements would make it more user-friendly.
