The ability to take screengrabs at the press of a single (configurable) button is such a benefit to efficiency when trying to show something to another web user. I don't know how I could live without this feature at this point.

In addition, the fact that you are able to upload to your own server is very amazing, considering this is an open-source application. When I first got the product, I only expected it to be able to upload to sites such as imgur, dropbox etc., but I was pleasantly surprised when I found out I could already upload to my existing server with minimal setup.
