The Realtime access to Cap table information and ability to make changes on demand. 409A valuation and Stock Comp Expense are great features that reduce the legal/consulting fees more than the total cost of the software (at least for us). I don't dislike anything. it seems to provide everything we need. There are also various reports that slice and dice information that you need. Finally, their customer service is amazing.
