Capshare is very straight forward and easy to use. Nothing complex about it. I have friends that work there and love their culture. But with that said it still allows you to do what you want and they make it easy to understand. More updates should be communicated to users or published for people to know about. The Realtime access to Cap table information and ability to make changes on demand. 409A valuation and Stock Comp Expense are great features that reduce the legal/consulting fees more than the total cost of the software (at least for us). What problems is Shareworks by Morgan Stanley solving and how is that benefiting you? Lack of visibility of options to employees and high legal expense paying for stock admin. Ease of use. We use to manage our equity in excel and when it came time to providing the required disclosures it was very time consuming. I don't dislike anything. it seems to provide everything we need. There are also various reports that slice and dice information that you need. Finally, their customer service is amazing.
