I really like ShareWorks because it helps me know my stocks value realtime. I am just a new user of Shareworks but its very helpful in a way that I did not have to focus on checking day and night about my invested stock. It makes the job investment procedure easier and least risky compared to other investment platforms that I have tried and until today I still didn't understand their overall mechanics. The fun of investing a percentage of my salary through stocks provided in Shareworks makes it worthwhile and as well as less risky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Shareworks by Morgan Stanley? With the overall structure of Shareworks, I can say that it is an easy platform to invest however maybe due to my lack of knowledge so much about investing in stock, the screen looked crowded especially when it was my first time accessing it. There was so much information on it, and that confuse me a lot as a beginner. What problems is Shareworks by Morgan Stanley solving and how is that benefiting you? Shareworks has been really good for me. It helps with my investments, especially in investing stocks that are available in my employers side. It makes it less stressful to think of possible loss in high risk type of investments. Since the investment is automated, I didn' have to check the stock matrix every now and then and figure the best time either buy or sell. It's a bit clunky and suffers from the classic branding problems of large corporations. For example, the phone app is called Shareworks, but the web app is called Solium. It gives the impression of investing the bare minimum to maintain a brand identity. User interface is horrible, very challenging to use. There are no notifications when tax documents are produced which makes it really hard to keep track of. Shareworks managed our application-to-payment (what I will term our A2P process) promptly, ensuring no value was lost by benefit holders due processing delays.
