I am just a new user of Shareworks but its very helpful in a way that I did not have to focus on checking day and night about my invested stock. It makes the job investment procedure easier and least risky compared to other investment platforms that I have tried and until today I still didn't understand their overall mechanics. The fun of investing a percentage of my salary through stocks provided in Shareworks makes it worthwhile and as well as less risky. **What do you dislike about Shareworks by Morgan Stanley?** With the overall structure of Shareworks, I can say that it is an easy platform to invest however maybe due to my lack of knowledge so much about investing in stock, the screen looked crowded especially when it was my first time accessing it. There was so much information on it, and that confuse me a lot as a beginner. Nevertheless, the more time I access the platform, I started to understand the significance of each number and indicators in the platform **What problems is Shareworks by Morgan Stanley solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shareworks has been really good for me. It helps with my investments, especially in investing stocks that are available in my employers side. It makes it less stressful to think of possible loss in high risk type of investments. All stockholders and option holders can access Capshare and see their entire file, documents included. I love that Capshare was built specifically for private companies like ours so we don't have to deal with the complexity of systems that are also built for public companies. But I also love knowing that when we outgrow it, we will have a smooth transition to their public company platform on Shareworks. The live chat support is phenomenal. They are responsive, smart, and getting answers is easy. **What do you dislike about Shareworks by Morgan Stanley?** Setup was pretty smooth, so far I don't have any true cons. **Recommendations to others considering Shareworks by Morgan Stanley:** Great product and great team. I loved working with them and they offered us everything we needed. Our cap table was getting unruly and since moving to Capshare managing our equity has been relatively easy.
