    "Efficient Cloud Service To Share And Store Files: Talking about benefits we also want to mention its user-friendly interface, ease management and access to data. Along with computers, laptops, tablets, Dropbox can be accessed using IOS or Android mobile devices. Depending on the type of use (“Free”, “Pro” and “Teams”) you can operate with Limited and unlimited storage space. Additionally, Dropbox offers an opportunity to get previous versions of documents (“History”) and to synchronize your files effortlessly as soon as they were uploaded to your account. You can also pull pictures and videos to your account to share them with invited users. Talking about sharing features of Dropbox, you can either copy or directly send links to files or folders by email. So that the recipients can get access to view or even edit related documents. Don’t worry about security and safety. SSL encryption protects the data transferring while AES-256 protection deals with stored files. The only authorized person can view the designated file.     "Secure and useful tool!: One of the aspects that most catches my attention at Box is its security, I feel quite safe and happy using this tool, I don't have to worry about losing any files or stealing something. With our plan we can have a lot of space in the cloud and handle a lot of information and documents, we feel confident using Box.     "Sharefile: information in tons.: This program is extremely easy to use, I would say that extremely easy to share heavy or large documents. Besides easy it is fast, which makes it very efficient. It is perceived that the website is organized in a very appropriate way, its security is another important factor to give a good vote since the control that is provided and the monitoring of the changes within the documents is feasibly safe, I like how it is synchronized with the relatively fast desktop."

    "BlackBerry Workspaces is one place to share files without any hassles: I would say BlackBerry Workspaces is a fantastic software to share and many files productively. I can access into my files through laptop or my tablet. It allows me to connect to my work secured documents in my workspace and also create and upload new documents into the secured folder. Basically, it works as I expect and I can do a lot of good stuffs with this software. Another feature that I like about this BlackBerry Workspace software is that they have great security and very simple design so that users can understand all the functions quickly. I travel a lot for the company and I don't have to worry to carry all the files with me. It's absolutely secured travels with all my files to wherever I go. BlackBerry Workspaces designs effective recovery tools in the hands of the system administrator. And, this feature helps to contain and limit the damage of ransomware attacks by allowing the admin to freeze affected user accounts and selectively target and address infected files.     "I think it's one of the best shows today.: My specialty chose to try tibbr as a free preliminary two or three months ago. Tibbr offers an approach to making an online "space" that can be shared between individuals in a similar division to share thoughts and have discourses. A record must be made before using tibbr, and this was allowed to try as well. Overall, tIbbr offered us most of what we needed: an approach to bring together some social applications and a vehicle for correspondence and to move forward within our area of expertise. It was really simple to set up, use and explore. One of the highlights was that it incorporates programming that we use every day in our specialization, for example, Google Drive. "

    "Highly Recommend Documize: I like that Documize allows for continues live, up to date, documents to be displayed. So, everything is in real time. You are guaranteed to be looking at the most recent document. I also find that the security features make it a better service than others because it allows for you to dedicate which users can access which parts of a document. This has made it useful for my company as we take security very serious - since we deal with health and medical information. We trust Documize with our most sensitive documents. I also like that Documize is online - so, it can be accessed from any computer or device."

    "The easiest way to store and manage my presentations.: Excellent platform where I can store and manage my PowerPoint presentations. This app is ideal when I have little time and I need to create a presentation to support the exhibitions of my project, since you can use slides of presentations stored there. I look for the files, the slides that I need, I drag and drop them to create the new presentation in a faster way and reusing old presentations. It is stored in the cloud, which allows me to have my presentations always available when I need them. . "

    "many cool features: The Drawing feature, this is the main tool in this app that I have never used before with any other messenger. The dashboard is beautiful, its a mix of black, grey and green to get a good look at the user while using. The messenger dashboard is split into different portions which we can adjust, which is an awesome feature. Overall I'm very impressed by the interface of the messenger. Another interesting option in blrt is that when you sign up the blrt support automatically added in your contact so whenever you need help, you can contact them directly through the messenger. The pricing of the service is awesome, there is, of course, a free plan available like every other messenger, but the premium plan offers much more and only charges less than 10 dollars a month. The mobile application is another advantage of this service; the app is available for both ios and android platforms and helo you keep your conversations on the go. All other, functions of the messenger are here like sending text and audio messages, media and a build in media player. They are going to add a media saving right within the messenger which can be a useful addon."
