It is difficult to integrate and simplify business processes. It provides a limited range of features and customization options which is not as perfect, for our unique workflow. We have some reservations about its integration options with third-party apps. There is also a lack of flexibility when it comes to workflow and collaboration. We find the permission settings and visibility of shared files to be somewhat restrictive.
