The easy of use, was simply pointing one content from the old SharePoint to the new SharePoint. Simply had to install the application, login and point the URL's. It was very easy to use and there was a large number of documented features. Implementation was simple - Install and go. Cost of the license was high and for irregular use makes it hard to subscribe to it. Pay as you go might've been more enticing as we don't get a large number of use cases where ShareGate is needed.
