The support team is excellent - very responsive and gives a rapid response to queries and actions. **What do you dislike about ShareForce?** I find running reports quite tricky - setting up, running and formatting. The exporting to Excel is a very good feature. **What problems is ShareForce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Share-based payment administration: making grants to participants, recording performance conditions and monitoring vesting, accounting reports, communicating with participants, and administering settlements in shares (listed company). All for a wide range of plans in the company and its subsidiaries. There is a massive benefit in consolidating all the administrative aspects of the SBP plans into one platform. ### 2. We're still in the fairly early days of using the system, but are excited to see what else it can do for us. **What do you dislike about ShareForce?** Intial set up took longer than originally anticipated. We haven't tried and tested ShareForce with a big employee share sale event yet, and so can't comment on its ability to manage a big administrative event. **What problems is ShareForce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Looking after our large and ever expanding employee share ownership and cap table, which is really important to ensure we have accurate data on at all times. ### 3.
