What do you like best about Shared Contacts for Gmail?

What I like best about Shared Contacts for Gmail is that it allows for organizations to share contacts from within. For example, if there is a client that you deal with, but others might need to know their contact information you just add them to the group and can share with ease. You can create multiple different groups as well where you can share data from within. For example, if your team only deals with a specific client, you can just have a group for your team where you add contacts to share with one another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I dislike about Shared Contacts for Gmail is that there is sometimes a lag. If you want to share a contact, it may take 5-10 minutes for the system to update. What do you like best about Shared Contacts for Gmail?

Gmail is easy to sign up for. It is easy to access through Google portal. It is easy to recognize when giving your "gmail.com" address to contacts. The ease ends there!

What do you like best about Shared Contacts for Gmail?

I am not completely sold on this product financially wise. It’s a great tool for organization and sharing information fast. It also helps to show the right info rather than messing up on the name or title. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is affordable but should come with more to it. I suppose that’s what you pay for. Not everyone in the company likes to use it so sometimes information gets lost or isn’t received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sign up and implementation was easy and painless. Customer support was prompt in replying to my questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Activation time took about 12+ hrs. even though the typical activation time was listed as only a few hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Do the trial first and give it more than a few hours to see the implementation complete. I hastily signed up before evaluating because I thought I had to have a subscription for it to work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Shared Contacts for Gmail solving and how is that benefiting you?

Needed to share contacts with multiple users on different computer networks. The solution needed to be simple and without any extra work on the users part (no importing, syncing, etc). Shared Contacts fit the bill perfectly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
