The best thing about their apps is the ease of use for any above average Google user and the contact syncing for all the people who have the access to shared contact labels. Our biggest challenge had been having a centralized address book for all the internal and external contacts that can be accessed by anyone in our team. This app resolved it easily without having to implement anything complicated to our current system. This is if not one of the best solutions for people who simply don't have the time or the patience to look contacts in their phone book. This actually comes in handy for an organization that has thousands and thousands of employees. Shared contacts allows you to basically have everyone's contact details in a whim without looking intensively. You don't really need to dig thru that company directory, its as easy as typing just even the first few letters of the name. It is so useful that the technology itself can be classified as a passive kind of technology, sign up and forget. There is really nothing much to improve on except maybe having a better indexing function, like a way to sort them on your own space with different colors maybe, then again that is more of my obsessive compulsiveness talking. Each employee had their own contacts newer or older so they asked each other if they have the latest contact. For example, if there is a client that you deal with, but others might need to know their contact information you just add them to the group and can share with ease. You can create multiple different groups as well where you can share data from within.
