**What do you like best about Tidaro?**

I find Tidaro very easy to use and fast, which makes it very convenient for booking desk and parking spaces at work. It is user-friendly and fast-paced. Tidaro's features allow me to see which office desks are free and detailed enough to ensure there are no issues when booking a desk. All it takes is one click to book a seat at my workstation, and the process is very detailed and quick. The initial setup was also very easy, requiring little effort on my part.

**What problems is Tidaro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Tidaro for booking desks and parking, it's user-friendly, fast, and convenient. It easily lets me see available office desks and book them quickly. It's very detailed and works without issues.

Tidaro is very intuitive, easy to use. You dont need any trainibg to use it. Additionally is looking very nice

One Think i would is to be avialile to see free desk on the map even IF you already booked one

No disapointment on no free desk or free parking spot when you come to the office

After 4 PM , when parking spots for next day are available, it still shows first current day as primary option, which is misleading for me sometimes

Not enough parking spots near the office. It helps me find the spot and reserve it for me

No notifications about reserved seat in advance. That might could lower the number of seats reserved but not taken.

**What do you like best about Tidaro?**

We can manage our parking bays with ease. Their support team is always willing to help and ready to serve you. The response from the support is quick and detailed. When we started to integrate Tidaro,  they set us up with an interactive map and handled all the administrative tasks. Our team has been using the app for the last 5 months. We currently only utilize Tidaro's parking features, but at any time, we can also incorporate their desk and room booking system by simply notifying their support team. The parking booking system is full of features, and new ones keep getting added throughout the year. This app is well-maintained, and we are looking forward to seeing what comes next.

**What do you dislike about Tidaro?**

I truly have nothing to dislike about Tidaro, but there could be some improvements and features I would like in the app. For instance, the ability to query parking bays and contact your colleagues to ask if they are coming into the office and if they can release the parking bay. Additionally adding your leave term could automatically release your parking bay.

**What problems is Tidaro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have limited parking bays, with about 12+ employees more than the available parking spaces. Our team comprises mostly advisors, administrators, and developers, with some working from home and others on the road. Given the situation, we needed a solution to manage the parking bays assigned to us by the office building management. Handling it ourselves was not feasible due to the high workload and limited capacity. This is where Tidaro comes in, allowing us to efficiently manage all parking bays without having to worry.

Tidaro is easy to use for our employees. Thanks to the mobile application, they can reserve a space at any time - a desk in the office or a parking space. The Tidaro team is always helpful and adapts applications to our needs. Tidaro has been with us from the very beginning and we hope it will stay that way. Our office is still expanding and Tidaro is constantly updating applications with new features.

I like everything :) At the beginning, Tidaro did not have all the functions we needed, but this quickly changed.

simple and intuitive tool, no complicated solutions, plus great support that works very quickly and tries to meet all our needs as efficiently as possible

there's nothing I don't like. If there is a problem, it is immediately solved by the support team.

The parking spaces the company has made available to us can easily be booked by all employees - which is fair.
Booking tables will in turn allow everyone to find a free seat in case they decide to go to work. 
In general, there are nicely rendered interactive maps (both of parking spaces and office desks - on each floor and in which teams

**What do you like best about Tidaro?**

Tidaro's been a game-changer for us in the parking management side of things. Now, everyone can just pop open the app to see if there's a spot for their car, which means we don't have to keep an eye on things all the time. It's saved us a ton of hassle.And gotta say, their support team is top-notch. They walked us through the whole setup, answered all our questions no matter how small, and were super quick to tweak the map of our parking area whenever we needed.

It's hard for me to identify any specific problems at the moment - so far, we haven't observed anything that could arise in this matter.

Easy and simple reservation of parking spaces.

Desk can be in one group. It would be helpful  for us if one desk could be in more group. And it means that if user is in more groups, he has to choose group and then he sees empty desks of that one group. But it would be great if he can see all possible desks for him and not only one group. 

Admin cannnot add/remove desk or add/change group of desk

Sharing desks in office because we have more amployees than desks

What I appreciate most about Tidaro is the simplicity of use, the speed of the system and the high reliability of the application. 
So far, there have been no problems with its use in the organization. 
After a simple account creation process, use is practically intuitive.

Tidaro responds to our needs and if there is a request from employees to add utilities, e.g. booking parking spaces for hours, this function is launched quickly.

**What do you like best about Tidaro?**

From the user's side, Tidaro is very accessible and easy to use, in fact, no one needs to be taught how to use it, because all can do it intuitively. The customer support team also deserves praise - you can always count on a very fast response time and successful resolution of any issues. Moreover, the application offers many features in terms of both praking and desk booking.

**What do you dislike about Tidaro?**

Some functions on the admin side require a lot of clicking and could definitely be simplified.

We wanted to give employees the opportunity to use underground parking, but as the number of available spaces was lower than the number of people willing to use them, we needed a solution that would allow us to implement such a feature in an accessible way - Tidaro turned out to be a great answer to our needs.

**What do you like best about Tidaro?**

Tidaro's big advantage is definitely being user friendly. Navigating it and reserving a desk and parking space every day is very simple. In case of any problems, support responds really quickly.

**What do you dislike about Tidaro?**

Having been using Tidaro for over 8 months, we have not encountered any disadvantages of this application and none of the employees have complained about anything.

When we moved to a new office, with fewer desks and parking spaces, we were looking for an application that would solve this problem so that no one coming to the office would be left without a place to work. At the beginning, employees were skeptical about this application, but after a few months everyone is satisfied with it.

Very nice look, fast and intuitive mobile application with interactive maps.
In our company feedback about Tidaro is very good.

Web interface should be little bit more nice looking and "user friendly" and translated to our language just like mobile application.

**What problems is Tidaro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Thanks to Tidaro, we can provide a limited number of parking spaces to all office employees. In hybrid mode, this is an extremely important possibility. The places are used and are not empty at all.
Supprot from Tidaro is also brilliant. We must do some changes and our contact from Tidaro - Tomasz Kołodziejski is available for us, supports us and implements changes ASAP :)

**What do you like best about Tidaro?**

Tidaro is very fast on collaborating with the customer and understanding in terms of the paper work. The moment the incident is created we get support and we happy to use their services.
The implementation of the service was within2 or 3 working days which is fast enough to start using the system.

**What do you dislike about Tidaro?**

We would like to get more features connected to the hot desk pat of the app, like grouping offices by location. Otherwise there is nothing to dislike.

We are short on desks in some locations and Tidaro works perfectly to create hybrid environment.
