**What do you like best about Share a Refund?**

No monthly fee and functions on its own.

**What do you dislike about Share a Refund?**

Nothing that I have found as of yet, works well.

**What problems is Share a Refund solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracks all gauranteed delivery shipments for you and automatically puts the claim in on your behalf. Then the claim refund is split in half between your company and Share A Refund.
