Shaping Bots is a platform to create and manage AI agents for chat and email. Agents understand text, voice notes, documents and images to answer questions from your own knowledge base, and complete real business processes end to end: - Orders: take delivery orders for restaurants and any business that sells for delivery, and route each order to the right branch. - Reservations: book tables, rooms, events and tickets for restaurants, hotels, venues and parks. - Leads: capture and qualify leads from marketing campaigns and organic channels. - Tickets: escalate customer service cases to the right team, with alerts by WhatsApp or email. - Financial services: KYC, customer service, collections and data analytics. Agents run on WhatsApp through the official WhatsApp Business API (Shaping Bots is an official Meta Business Partner), on email, and on your own channels via API. One dashboard shows every conversation, order and reservation, with mass WhatsApp campaigns, automated remarketing and metrics on conversations, conversions and sales by channel. Customers include restaurants in Colombia and Mexico that cut their team's operational workload by 60% on average.
