They have a great understanding of the underlying technology needed to power a successful LMS while also providing us with a beautiful and user-friendly system for our learners. Our courses and dashboards run and load much faster than LearnDash. Thanks to Shapeshift's eLearning experts, we have seen steady growth! **What do you dislike about Shapeshift LMS?** While we were impressed with the quality of the LMS solution delivered by Shapeshift, at times, we felt some of the features were too expensive for what they offer, which didn’t make much sense. Overall, there was nothing that we profoundly disliked about Shapeshift so far, and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Bespoke LMS. **What problems is Shapeshift LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shapeshift LMS has been instrumental in solving the problem of slow and inefficient eLearning delivery. It includes built-in authoring, quizzes, and a community feature for learners, further improving user engagement and interaction with our eLearning content. All of this has contributed to faster growth for us (not to mention the saving on constantly developing workarounds for LearnDash). ### 2. Shapeshift Great UX design, one that went beyond what most LMS solutions provide. Their support makes it almost like we are hands-off with the tech. However, we also have the peace of mind that we can move things internally because their platform allows it, which is a great selling point in my opinion. **What do you dislike about Shapeshift LMS?** There were very few hiccups, but when something wasn't quite right, it was rectified quickly. Other than that, we had some delays here and there. **What problems is Shapeshift LMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used Shapeshift LMS to create our own white-label eLearning solution for clients. Most solutions need extensive hands-on development or are too limiting. We solved both of them with Shapeshift. Their prices are not cheap, but it makes sense if your timeline for return on it is 2-3 years. ### 3. SS features allowed for a more hands off training approach and reduced the number of support requests we field (compared to before). ### 4.
