The most helpful about DreamTeam is their comprehension of their client's needs, great customer service and timely resolution of issues that may occur. The platform is user friendly and easy to understand. The features are customizable which is always helpful when extracting certain data and information we would need. The notification features added were super helpful when field changes are made, which helps automate certain processes and information distribution within the company. I love that DreamTeam is customisable to suit our company's unique needs. Our structure does not fall within the typical HR framework and DreamTeam has made it possible for us to customise the product exactly as we needed.
