The software is great, but the support and service from Shape is the best I've ever experienced. We've used several mortgage softwares in the past and some of them are ok but figuring them out can be a pain. Shape's support (Dani and her amazing team :) helps us immediately whenever we have a question or want to learn something. Feature set and pricing. We used Salesforce and hubspot in the past and both were more expensive and lacked the functionality we get outside of the box with shape. Dialer, texting, e-mails, prioritized list views, lead scoring etc. all came ready without any coding or integrations. We needed a couple view-only users (without full functionality) and we were able to get this from them which we were happy about. Love the user interface and the features that come with our system. We use Shape for our lead generation, e-mail marketing and our team uses the phones as well. We recently purchased the LOS (client portal) which has helped save time with document gathering etc. Our team has obviously had to work a lot harder in this down market and having Shape in place to generate leads has been a big help. With our last solution (hubspot) we couldn't figure out how to setup our phone and e-mail drip campaigns and I thought we'd have the same problem with Shape but we figured out the phones fairly easily and the support staff setup our e-mails just as we wanted.
