They have a great general communication style and are always willing to try things out, delivering what we have in mind even with complex briefs. Their timing is right on target for most projects, and they communicate well if there are delays. I appreciate their willingness to come and visit us on-site for regular check-ins and reviews. Their ability to quickly add new reports or make changes to the rewards platform without issues is impressive. When they redesigned our rewards platform a few years ago, they also produced an app from scratch that matched what we envisioned, which was really impressive. **What do you dislike about Shaligram Infotech?** I don't think so, perhaps providing us with some recent or latest marketplace innovations or coming to us and saying a client is doing it this way, have you thought about doing that but it is all round very good **What problems is Shaligram Infotech solving and how is that benefiting you?** Shaligram Infotech helps us stay current with retail trends, design, and functionality, improving data management and UX.
