Document management and BPM with graphical interface and several hundred RPA, BPA automation plugins enabling process automation. ShakeSpeare is focused on Document Management, good integration possibilities with OCR and Data capture technologies of various vendors, process automation and robotics. ShakeSpeare offers several automation opportunities for document generation, digitizing complex workflows within organizations or cross-organizational cooperation. Ability to customize the solution according to customer needs

Nothing special. Perhaps the fact that sometimes simple alterations turn out to be more complex and takes longer to develop and set up.

**What problems is ShakeSpeare Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Document flow, document records. We solve the problem of losing documents in intermediate steps and we always have information on who is currently working on the document.
