SGRwin is a proprietary, multi-vendor network management system (NMS) built for critical infrastructure and true IT/OT convergence. As an umbrella NMS, it unifies element managers and heterogeneous devices across utilities, energy, transportation and public networks. Aligned to FCAPS, SGRwin delivers real-time fault monitoring and alarm correlation, configuration & change management (NCM) with backup/restore, asset & inventory, performance/SLA monitoring, and security with RBAC, audit logging and AIOps anomaly detection. GIS maps and configurable dashboards provide end-to-end visibility, while open APIs integrate with OSS/BSS and ITSM tools.
