You can customize the portal by adding a company logo URL, which makes it feel more personal and better aligned with the organization’s branding. We tested it together afterward, and it was very easy to use. It includes all the options you’d expect for secure file transfers, and you can configure it so the receiving user can also upload documents through the provided link. On top of that, you can set an expiration date for the link. Within the portal, there are also options for managing folders, including downloading, renaming, duplicating, copying, moving, and deleting them. Responses from the account manager regarding issues have also been reasonably fast. We haven’t encountered any other issues so far. **What do you dislike about SFTP To Go?** I think the price is a little high. But the trade-off is not bad as the service is fully managed and requires minimal administrative overhead. **What problems is SFTP To Go solving and how is that benefiting you?** We don’t have to manage it ourselves, and it provides us with a platform to securely transfer files. ### 2. They don't try to sell you on anything you don't need, and they understand that different customers have different levels of needs. A lot of other providers try to sell you entire solutions that don't really make sense for my type of business. So having someone that focuses on delivering just a very solid FTP experience is really nice. The initial setup was great too. I was able to create an account, create credentials, and organize all the files on my own without engaging the team, which is really important to me. **What do you dislike about SFTP To Go?** Sometimes I find that their file storage limits seem to be a little lower than I would like. But it also helps me maintain some good data hygiene. So overall, it's a pretty good balance. But I would say if I had one qualm, it would be to allow for a little more storage than they currently do on their plans. **What problems is SFTP To Go solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use SFTP To Go for developing integrations without managing SFTP server operations. It simplifies a lot of things for us, like just typing in the customer name to set up the SFTP. **What do you dislike about SFTP To Go?** I find the pricing for SFTP To Go a bit off. The smallest package is for 20 SFTP credentials, which makes sense for 20 customers, but if you have just 1 customer or up to 20, the price remains the same. It would be better to have options for 5 users or even per user. **What problems is SFTP To Go solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use SFTP To Go for transferring EDI files for customers.
