The only thing I dislike about sezzle is that the interest account rate was 8% APY when I signed up and now it has fallen to 5% which means I am no longer making money from my sezzle interest account when you factor in the 6% fees taken out for each transaction. Sezzle is awesome! We were previously working with another financing company and decided to switch over to Sezzle. The setup was lightning fast and customer service was the BEST. Customers aren't charged any interest if they pay in full within six weeks, but as a merchant, you do have to cover some transaction fees. That isn't too much of a concern for us because we've noticed a surge in sales after going live. We are more than happy to be working with Sezzle! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Sezzle is super easy to use, and since I've implemented sezzle, my sales have drastically increased. What do you dislike about Sezzle? to be honest there truly is any downside of sezzle! The customer pays zero interest and zero fees And I get more sales. It is super easy to install even if you know nothing about developing. It will increase your sales tremendously when you allow customers to make payments. The only problem I had was trying to uplade my store photo. It was the wrong size but was super easy to install on my website and And it says a reps helped me resize photo very quickly. Sezzle is easy to integrate with our Woocommerce site and provides a great option for customers that are wanting an alternative payment method for their purchases that does not involve credit. When deciding which installments platform to use, the Sezzle team had the most prompt customer support and sales. They do have list brand recognition than other companies (i.e. afterpay) so I think sometimes customers might be more apprehensive.
