They terminated our account due to CBD being one of the many products we sell. Federally legal, farm bill compliant hemp products with visible COAs on site. Sezzle services all the major online CBD companies and thousands of headshops. They did this while working proudly with the rest of the online cbd industry. It's their choice, their platform. The thing that showed their true colors was when I emailed them to see exactly what the issue was that resulted in their decision; they ghosted me. I just wanted to know if there is something maybe that we need to fix on our end. They showed their true colors in respect to small businesses, both brick and mortars and online. I love the low fees Sezzle charges for the use of their service. I love that it gives me better opportunities to make sales by offering payment installments.
