Settles is field service software for small contracting crews in Canada, built in Alberta. Owners schedule jobs on one board the whole crew sees. Crews clock in, work through checklists and take photos from any phone browser, with no app to install. Every finished job lands on a draft invoice the client can pay by card or e-transfer. New requests are priced as they arrive, accepted quotes book a day, a time and a crew, and late invoices are chased automatically. It serves 50 trades, from snow removal and landscaping to cleaning, HVAC and construction, each with its own starter list of services. Plans start at $79 a month in Canadian dollars plus $4.95 per employee. Owners are free and there is no setup fee.
