I didn't like SetSail because position updates are slow and the reward system isn't always easy to set up. Sometimes some solutions which clients had already implemented did not show up on set sail, and even after requesting credit for those, I was logged out of set sail and asked to log back in again. I like the fact that you're able to see the feed and what rewards you are able to redeem. The list of options are nice and relatable for everyday use, it is something I use for small things like gas or if I want something from amazon. It is like a small coupon. The gamification of outreach was nice to have and prizes, should your company do this weekly. Unfortunately, our team was not BDR - focused and are more customer-success focused. My biggest gripe is seeing a use case outside of business development use. It simply does not make sense to us this if you are not also looking to use systems like Saleloft or Outreach.io. The most helpful feature of SetSail is being able to see at a glance where I'm standing in terms of management-defined activities against the rest of my team and being able to measure this against my quota attainment to see what activities are making the most difference.
