SetLatch handles privacy requests (DSARs) for every website an agency runs. Each client site gets its own request form. Requests are verified and tracked against the legal deadline for the requester’s region (GDPR, UK GDPR and the CCPA). SetLatch then looks the person up in the tools the site uses, such as Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot and Gmail. Deletions happen only after a person approves them, and every step is recorded in an exportable audit trail. Built for web and marketing agencies and small businesses: one login for every client site, per-site pricing, a pre-signed DPA, data kept in the US, EU or Australia, and a 14-day free trial.
