Set the Tune is scheduling software built for music schools, studios, and independent teachers who travel to students. Import your roster from a spreadsheet and the optimizer places every student in one pass, respecting teacher availability, instruments, and student windows. For in-home lessons it works out the drive between every pair of homes at lesson-time traffic and requires each gap to cover the drive plus a buffer. It handles alternating-week (A/B) lessons, keeps siblings together with one teacher, and checks every teacher's day for double bookings, overlong days, and missing meal breaks. Conflicts are flagged before you publish, and you can export per-teacher schedules and calendar feeds. It is a scheduling layer, not a billing or parent-portal system, so it sits alongside whatever you use for invoices and attendance. You can sign up and see your own schedule built free before paying.
