SessionPBX is a hosted business phone system from SessionTalk for small and growing teams. It brings voice and video calling, team chat, presence, voicemail and a shared address book together, with native apps for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. Administrators invite team members by email and set up mobile apps with a QR code or desktop apps with a setup link, so users never type SIP settings. The Teams Phone plan covers everyday calling, messaging, voicemail, contacts and app provisioning. The Teams Business plan adds a visual call flow designer, auto-attendant and IVR, business-hours routing, ring groups, call queues, call recording, supervisor listen, whisper and barge, a live overview and call reports. SessionPBX connects to any SIP-compliant carrier by IP or credential authentication, so businesses keep their own carrier, pay that carrier's rates and avoid per-minute markup. Internal calls between team members are included. The service is hosted in the UK (London), the US (New York) and Singapore, uses TLS for signalling, messaging and the admin portal, and stores SIP trunk credentials encrypted with AES-256-GCM, with IP access controls and automated blocking against repeated login attempts and toll fraud. App logo branding puts a company logo and in-app name on every softphone and setup email. Resellers and managed service providers can join the SessionPBX Partner Programme for 20% off every seat, create a separate project for each customer and bill those customers directly.
