Sessio is practice management software for life coaches. The session dashboard includes a live timer, client details, note-taking, session history, and a structured wrap-up flow. Notes use the GROW framework—Goal, Reality, Options, Way Forward—displayed in a two-by-two grid. Coaches can toggle between structured and free-form notes with one click. Notes can be tagged with labels like insights, commitments, and values, then organized in a timeline view per client. Client profiles include session history, notes, and account balances. The calendar offers week, day, month, and agenda views with timezone management. The billing system tracks payments and revenue but isn’t a full invoicing platform. An ambient display provides a client-facing screen with animated backgrounds, creating atmosphere while keeping coach data hidden.
