Texting was easy but limited to a character count and I would have preferred an app over an online page. **What do you dislike about Sesame Communications?** Would have preferred an app for texting over a webpage. Any changes made for voice recordings or website changes took way way too long to happen. Unable to change website info on our own. **What problems is Sesame Communications solving and how is that benefiting you?** Appointment confirmations were great and lots of patients liked the phone calls and online patient portal. It made the need for people to call the office less. ### 2.
