The office plans work on a calendar and map; technicians get jobs on their phone, even without signal, with checklists, photos, equipment history via QR code and the customer's signature. A branded PDF report reaches the customer as soon as the job is closed. Includes SLA timers, recurring inspection schedules (30/90/180/365 days), spare-parts inventory and reports.
