NetVendor's compliant-led vendor management platform provides solutions to govern vendor sourcing, credentialing, bidding, contract management, and work management. ServusConnect simplifies property services, and saves you money with faster turn times, increased visibility of service related activity, and happy residents with positive social reviews. ServusConnect gives the user a convenient tool to request, recommend and track the status of services. According to the vendor, even if users are already using a traditional service request system, ServusConnect offers options to integrate with that system and extend capabilities to enable a mobile workforce. ServusConnect is organized around each property that is being managed or maintained. Once both parties are joined to a property or multiple properties, they can communicate service needs inside of the ServusConnect mobile app in interface that is designed to be intuitive and easy to understand. Users can upload photos/documents and even chat within the context of each Servus Request, that according to the vendor enables a "right first time" service experience. When the request is completed, the property owner/manager is able to privately share feedback on the request. ServusConnect also enables the ability to gather tenant feedback on the services performed, and according to the vendor, can even help build your property's online social reputation.
