Servotag Pro is an OEM customer portal for machine builders and their service teams. Every delivered machine gets a QR plate that opens its own record: released manuals and documents, spare parts, maintenance, service history and approved troubleshooting guidance. Operators scan with a phone – no app, no login, no VPN and no access to the machine control – and can send structured fault reports with machine, plant, photo or video and description, delivered by email and signed webhook. Technician-only content sits behind service codes. Machine builders get their own branding, operator portals per customer, CSV import and export, role-based access and change tracking. Pricing is based on machines in the field with unlimited internal users. Operator interface in English, German, French and Italian.
