**What do you like best about ServMan by WorkWave?**

I love the fact that with servman you can use it to sched appts, create jobs, save customer files, upload documents very easily . 

**What do you dislike about ServMan by WorkWave?**

the only thing i dislike about servman is when the server is down, its down for awhile. 

**What problems is ServMan by WorkWave solving and how is that benefiting you?**

communication within my business are problems being solved by being able to write notes and being able to itemize a work order
