Serviro is cloud-based restaurant management software for cafes, restaurants and takeaway shops. Guests scan a QR code at the table or counter and browse the menu in their own language, with photos, dietary tags and offers. Staff take orders from a waiter dashboard organised by tables and sections, or from a counter dashboard for takeaway. Orders route automatically to the right station - kitchen, bar, grill or any station the manager defines - where they are tracked from preparing to ready in real time. A pickup display shows finished takeaway orders on a shop-front screen. Managers run the menu themselves: duplicate items, edit prices, add option groups with surcharges, and schedule offers that expire automatically. Billing covers split bills, partial payments, table moves and a one-tap daily close, with sales and void analytics. Serviro runs in any browser, needs no installation or special hardware, works alongside your existing till, and is hosted in the EU.
