There's bit lag in UI if number of incidents reported is increased. The generation and communication of invoices were never this easy. It displays data in such easy to understand and readable format it makes work very easy. I feel that the User Experience and User Interface can be improved very much, as initially, it takes time for new users to get used to it. The number of things I have to keep in mind while using and maintaining the records is absolutely minimal. The ease with which things work is exceptional for me! There are certain areas where servicexpert can definitely improve - one of them being the ability to maintain scalability while handling comparatively larger records.
