"Much improved quote process"
4/5
What do you like best about servicePath CPQ +?

As a company we have a broad range of products and services to offer and utilising servicePath CPQ has allowed us to dramatically improve the professionalism of our quotes, not only in the professional output but in the speed to quote and the consistency. In addition is has allowed us to improve our sales process governance and sign off processes by only allowing approved quotes to be formally generated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about servicePath CPQ +?

I would say the support we have received has been great and allowed us to be more agile but there have been a couple of limitations within the platform that are in development that have created problems or delays which has meant on a small number of occasions we have had to bypass process. The team are however very reactive and any issues resolved quickly.

It may have been beneficial to have a greater number of training hours in the initial implementation stages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A flexible CPQ tool backed by a responsive provider"
4.5/5
What do you like best about servicePath CPQ +?

ServicePath has replaced our in-house CPQ tool, it provides a consistent, scalable, reliable platform for us to continue expanding our offerings while at the same time providing a simple, easy-to-use interface for our Sales and Pre-Sales teams to configure our products and services, across the multitude of options and customisations available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about servicePath CPQ +?

When onboarding any new tool there are inevitable challenges to adoption and changes that have to be made to our standard ways of working. While we've seen fast and deep adoption of ServicePath, there was an initial period of time required for our Product team to fully understand the concepts and practices used within the tool and to adjust our approach to fit. "ServicePath have greatly improved our business operations"
4/5
What do you like best about servicePath CPQ +?

Since selecting ServicePath as our CPQ tool of choice we have been working very tightly with the team and they have supported us throughout, sparing no attention to detail. The agility of the team is fantastic when it comes to working with them on new developments and the integration into Salesforce has transformed the way in which our sales teams generate quotes, saving them lots of time each day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about servicePath CPQ +?

When we kicked off the project, the Product team were asked to complete the templates for the product feeds into the system without having seen how they work in the system so it felt like we were a bit blind at the time and that the initial phase took us longer than it could have done. "Great Growing CPQ Tool"
3.5/5
What do you like best about servicePath CPQ +?

servicePath is the ideal CPQ tool for any business in the Managed Services market. It is absolutely tailored for that market and provides great basic functionality out of the box that would have to otherwise be customised in a more generic-type CPQ tool for day-to-day product management and quotation. In a market potentially now saturated with CPQ offerings (most of them trying to be one-size fits all), focusing on particular markets and their required functionality as a standard is a clever way to stand out and make a difference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about servicePath CPQ +?

The flip side to building a tool which is market-specific is how it can potentially limit its use (or make it more onerous) for markets other than those it's focused on. Also, as a relatively young product still, patience is a must as the tool grows in maturity. It's great to be part of the road-map journey, being able to take part and influence it, but on the other hand you are having to work with some basic functionality that still requires some improvement or that is still missing (albeit with a view to be implemented). "There isn't a CPQ tool better for Service Providers"
5/5
What do you like best about servicePath CPQ +?

As a product manager what do I love about CPQ? it gives me the power to define the boundaries that our sellers can sell within for products that I develop. There aren't many tools on the market that puts this power so easily in the hands of product managers, particularly focused on the Service provider verticle.

servicePath is also a tool that looks to solve the service provider quote to cash problem with a team who have industry knowledge within that area. This is what I like about servicePath, their product and their team. They are always willing to help and challenge your thinking to help you make a better packaged product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about servicePath CPQ +?

There are minor tweaks to UI that I would like to see but it seems like every time we get a release they are either solved or its been implemented in a better way. Overall there isn't much I don't like about their product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
