I have worked with a number of source to pay solutions (Aravo, SAP/Ariba, JDE Edwards, Maximo, As400, Ivalua, etc.) and ServiceNow S2P is the first solution that has a single architecture across its solution, is user friendly, easy to configure, and covers a majority of the requirements needed by the organizations I support. There are solutions within the other products (escalation management, solutions in major incident, etc.) that do not exist in source to pay operations and I would like to see those items be more platform solutions or build across products versus being only built for those specific solutions.
