What I like best about ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) is that it gives organizations a single, real-time system of record for hardware, software, and cloud assets while automating the entire asset lifecycle from procurement to retirement. That combination of visibility, automation, and governance is extremely valuable for large enterprises managing complex IT environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I don’t like about ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) is that, despite being very powerful, it can become complex, data-heavy, and operationally demanding—especially if the organization doesn’t already have strong asset governance and clean data foundations.
