I use ServiceNow IT Asset Management for hardware onboarding and refresh. I really appreciate the zero touch workflow because it helps to order, track, and deploy seamlessly, which used to be a pain point due to the need to integrate multiple systems and manual tasks. The Hardware Asset Management part makes device onboarding and refresh easy to maintain. Additionally, the initial setup is super easy thanks to good documentation and training. I use ServiceNow IT Asset Management for tracking and auditability of assets, and I really appreciate the self-service asset attestation, asset audits, and disposals tracking. These features help me maintain an accurate inventory and track disposals for fixed assets reporting. Additionally, the integration with Dell is helpful in augmenting CMDB and ITSM. I like how ServiceNow IT Asset Management makes tracking company laptops and software subscriptions easier during asset refresh and replacements. As someone working for a local authority, it's encouraging to track both IT and non-technical assets effectively. It also supports compliance and governance, which is crucial for our operations. The end-to-end lifecycle automation being easier is a standout feature for switching from Ivanti. I've heard that the initial setup was pretty straightforward, although I wasn't directly involved. I really like the user interface of ServiceNow IT Asset Management; it was amazing and allowed us to work pretty easily. We were able to replace our legacy system and integrate the analytics part without much hassle.
