"One Platform, ServiceNow FSM"
4/5
What do you like best about ServiceNow Field Service Management?

What I like most is how everything is connected. Scheduling, dispatch, asset tracking, inventory — it all lives in one place instead of jumping between separate systems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow Field Service Management?

The biggest gripe I have is how heavy the initial implementation is — getting workflows to actually match how your team really works takes way longer than expected, and it's rarely a plug-and-play experience Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful and Scalable Field Service Management with Strong Automation Capabilities"
5/5
What do you like best about ServiceNow Field Service Management?

ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM) provides an integrated, automated solution for companies that offer field services, allowing them to develop automated field service operations. Businesses can visualize their field service work in real-time and have access to everything they need to integrate FSM into other ServiceNow applications. This creates an easy-to-use system for organizations to manage both technician operations and work orders effectively. With ServiceNow's intelligent automation capabilities, there is less chance that work processes will require manual intervention, leading to significantly increased productivity in all functional areas of the organization, and improving workflow through better communication between work order and technician working on it. Another benefit of using Service Now FSM software is that it has a user-friendly interface that is easy to learn. Lastly, ServiceNow provides its clients with excellent customer service and timely/efficient support when they request assistance, leading to enhanced customer loyalty. The combination of this platform with all of these benefits enables ServiceNow's FSM software to be a key part of any organization that has daily field service operations. What do you dislike about ServiceNow Field Service Management?

One of the biggest disadvantages of this kind of tool is the difficulty in getting it up and running without help or a lot of technical expertise initially due to complexity of setting everything up. It also typically takes longer and costs more than you expect to get everything working properly because it will usually take an experienced developer/consultant to help set up the workflows. The learning curve can be very steep for new users who don't have any experience with the ServiceNow system. Customization has some very nice features but it can also add to the difficulties associated with updates and maintenance as well. Performance can be an issue if you don't optimize it correctly; especially when deploying on larger scale. Finally, smaller companies are likely to find licensing costs high relative to their budgets; therefore, ServiceNow will be less available and attainable for those kinds of businesses. "Predictive Dispatch with Seamless Integration"
4.5/5
What do you like best about ServiceNow Field Service Management?

I really like how ServiceNow Field Service Management offers a single source of truth by integrating the platform architecture, not just focusing on dispatching logic. It's impressive that it operates on the same data backbone as IT HR security, meaning field service isn't isolated anymore. Whenever a field technician updates a work order, the finance department instantly sees the billing update, and the sales team gets the customer satisfaction data, ensuring everyone is on the same page. That's pretty amazing. I also found the initial setup quite easy, thanks to the helpful service engineers who assisted us in setting everything up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

ServiceNow can improve the call to action (CTA) and autonomous field service cases. The quality bulk and quantifying the value could be better, and overall, the ecosystem can be much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive, Easy-to-Use Scheduling and Work Orders"
4/5
What do you like best about ServiceNow Field Service Management?

The ease of use stands out the most. The interface is intuitive, so our field technicians and dispatchers were able to get up to speed quickly without extensive training. Scheduling and work order workflows feel straightforward day-to-day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow Field Service Management?

Customization can get complex for more specialized workflows. Configuring the platform to match our specific field service processes required significant admin effort and, at times, help from ServiceNow specialists or consultants rather than being something our team could easily handle in-house.
