ServiceNow excels at providing a robust approach to tracking requests, asset management and customer interactions. After years with with Zendesk and Service now, I appreciate the latter's flexibility and deep customization options which are especially useful in a B2B e-commerce environment, as our customers have customizations of our products/services and run their businesses uniquely from one another. What do you dislike about ServiceNow Field Service Management?

The learning curve is significant, especially compared to Zendesk. Some processes feel overly complicated for routine support tasks - like direct chat back and fourth with a client.
