This Custom action is very helpful because we can reuse it anytime and anywhere in the flow designer. So that it is not necessary to make redundant code for any complex solution again and again. The best part of the custom data action is the easiness to use it. The UI is very good and someone who doesn't have much coding knowledge also can work on it easily. I think it's difficult for someone who doesn't know what the action is can take this up easily. Also, the docs and community articles are also not much effective. The custom data action is a very easy and useful application in ServiceNow for people who is having less knowledge in coding. This helps in integration using the action and the inputs, outputs and the connection between third party applications. As a beginner to the custom data action, it felt a bit hard for me to use the action and respective flows. And once I spent some time on it, then it was very interesting.
