The UI is very good and someone who doesn't have much coding knowledge also can work on it easily. The code snippet helps the coding part as well so that the user doesn't have to worry about that as well. **What do you dislike about ServiceNow - Custom Data Actions?** The one part which I don't like is, that initially, it took some time for me to understand how to work on this. I think it's difficult for someone who doesn't know what the action is can take this up easily. Also, the docs and community articles are also not much effective. **What problems is ServiceNow - Custom Data Actions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrations, I have worked on multiple third-party integrations with Servicenow using the custom data action. This helps in integration using the action and the inputs, outputs and the connection between third party applications. Compared with normal integration, the integration using action is very easy and effective. **What do you dislike about ServiceNow - Custom Data Actions?** As a beginner to the custom data action, it felt a bit hard for me to use the action and respective flows. And once I spent some time on it, then it was very interesting. **What problems is ServiceNow - Custom Data Actions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly integration, I have created custom data action for the integration between ServiceNow and Third-party applications.
