Instead of forcing us to build messy, traditional data pipelines that constantly duplicate massive volumes of information across different platforms, this platform lets me securely connect directly to live external data sources where they already exist. We were always looking forward to having a clean UI/UX, and now we have it. The responsive support team has also been genuinely helpful whenever we needed guidance. It starts with the confidence that the data is accurate. From there, the integrations take away the usual question of where the information is coming from. One obstacle was duplicated information, which was resolved by the unified records that replaced all parallel copies. Another one was that reports depended on manual preparation and this got resolved by connected workflows that literally improved reporting. We do not need to verify data or its sources anymore.
